Arrest Monitoring
What happens if a nanny gets into trouble after you hire them?
Often, individuals are arrested and released within hours with instructions to appear in court at some point in the future. How would you know if a nanny was facing a criminal charge relevant to their role as a caregiver?
Arrest monitoring is a new service PFC is designing.
Once you provide PFC with a list of employees you would like monitored, their name and date of birth will constantly be compared to real-time booking information from jails across the country.
When alerted that a monitored employee has been arrested, we will follow up with the local jail and court to verify the details.
Then, we’ll notify you of the available details so that you can have a conversation with your nanny and evaluate the risk suggested by the arrest.
